Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision is an important aspect of mental health practice. It is the delicate balance between artistry and service. The supervisory relationship between the supervisor and supervisee requires a mutual alignment between professional and personal goals and values. Here at Serenity and Sage Counseling, a healthy dose of therapeutic leadership and intentional reflections into a humanistic approach will cultivate teachable moments that will assist the supervisee in preparing for a higher level of critical thinking, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and management of complexities that arise within clinical practice.

Who:

Licensed Master's Social Workers (LMSW) and/or Licensed General Professional Counselors (LGPC) *board limited supervision for LGPC

What to Expect:

• Completion of Supervision contract
• Trauma and Shame-informed supervision
• Understanding of the intersection between MD COMAR regulations, Code of Ethics, and practice
• Clinical and administrative development
• Healing and/or supportive exercises transferrable to usage within the clinical relationship between supervisee and client
• Open-minded and flexible processing

Supervision Rates:

• Individual Supervision $75 /60minutes
• Group Supervision $45 per participant /60 minutes
